When your mind won't stop running.

Anxiety therapy for the racing thoughts, the tight chest, and the constant sense that something is about to go wrong.

Anxiety isn't just worry. It's an experience that can quietly shape your entire life - your decisions, your relationships, your sense of safety in the world. And it's exhausting in a way that's hard to explain to people who haven't lived it.

What anxiety can look like

Anxiety looks different for everyone. For some, it's a mind that races through every worst-case scenario before bed - replaying conversations, anticipating failures, unable to quiet the noise. For others, it shows up in the body: a tight chest, shallow breathing, a stomach-drop feeling before something that should feel ordinary.

You might find yourself avoiding things - situations, people, decisions - because the anxiety that builds in anticipation is too much to face. Or you might push through everything while carrying a constant, low-level dread that exhausts you more than you realize.

Maybe your anxiety is situational: tied to work, relationships, or a specific life transition. Maybe it's been there so long it just feels like your personality. Either way, it doesn't have to stay this big.

How we'll work together

In our sessions, we'll work on anxiety on two levels. The first is practical - building tools you can use in the moments when anxiety spikes. Grounding techniques, breathing practices, and strategies to interrupt the cycle before it escalates. These tools, rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), help you respond rather than react.

The second level goes deeper. We'll look at the patterns underneath - the beliefs, the histories, and the experiences that keep anxiety alive - and work to loosen their grip. The goal isn't to eliminate anxiety (it's a normal human experience) but to stop letting it make decisions for you.

You'll move at your own pace. No pressure to have everything figured out before we begin.

My approach

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with 8+ years of experience - combined with a warm, collaborative style. Sessions feel like a real conversation, not a clinical process. We'll build on what's working in your life, identify what's keeping anxiety alive, and develop tools that actually fit how you live.
